Orca

The Orca (orcinus orca) is a toothed whale belonging to the oceanic dolphin family. Orcas are highly social and their vocalizations are of their culture, which they pass on to the young. Their dorsal fins go to 6.6'. Males grow to 25' long, and weigh 9 tons and can reach speeds of up to 30 knots. Calves weigh 397 lbs at birth.
